WinEx uses an exceptionally dense grid to compute its values. Included in WinEx is a powerful measurement tool that allows you to calculate volumes, tonnage's, areas, footage's and any other miscellaneous quantity on site (trenching, paving, landscaping, curbs etc.).
WinEx generates color coded cut & fill maps that show you where the deep areas of cuts & fills occur, cross-sections between any two points on the site, and detailed 3-dimensional displays of any surface (and also a cut/fill display in 3-D). WinEx features a slick site balancing routine that lets you quickly adjust either the entire site or any portion of the site to minimize import/export. WinEx runs on most digitizers and can directly paste answers into any Windows estimating program or spreadsheet, such as Excel.
