    Paper Plans / On-Screen Advanced Earthwork Software

 

 

"WinEx Master" is an advanced professional Excavation product that works with both paper plans and electronic Plans On Screen!  Designed specifically for the excavating contractor, "WinEx Master" provides even greater power and flexibility for estimators who work off both paper site plans and CD's, PDF's, or e-mailed site drawings. "WinEx Master" provides detailed trenching and piping take-offs for underground utility work.  In addition, WinEx Master allows for strata calculations, with up to 20 strata layers, each with independent swell and ton conversion factors.

 

Paper Plans and "On-Screen" Take-off for Earthwork Cut & Fill Calculation:  Do take-offs from paper plans or directly from your PC screen, without paper site / grading plans! 

 

Import CAD files -- Saves you time!   No need to trace-in site topography. Instantly imports engineer's site design.

 

Soil Strata Analysis - Lets you enter boring logs for soil and sub-strata. Simply enter in the depths from the log and "WinEx Master" will compute soil / strata layers and quantities. "WinEx Master" will compute volumes in both bank and expanded yards of strata while allowing you to specify whether particular strata materials are suitable or unsuitable for use as native material. You can also calculate cut to the bottom of a particular material. Color-coded cross-section displays will show strata layers across any location on the site.

  

GPS Machine Control -- Exports 3-D terrain surface models to TopCon / Trimble / Leica control systems -- Triangulated surfaces for automated machine control.

 

Pipe / Trench for Underground Utilities- Allows for easy calculations of on-site pipe / trench quantities. Lets you define pipe and trench runs, calculating cuts (including strata), fills, bedding materials, and lengths.  "WinEx Master" uses cross slopes to calculate trench quantities for increased accuracy. All quantities generated are sent to WinEx Master's comprehensive "Report System" for maximum ease of use and quality. Pipe / Trench lay-outs can be saved in a "Trench Library" and can be printed for documentation, inclusion with bid, and use in the field.
