Measuring the square footage "Footprint" of a room or building:

Simply touch the Pen on each corner, encircling the perimeter of the building

(Points 1 - 10) and return to where you started. No matter what the shape

of the building's footprint, the square footage is measured instantly!

Take-off quantity is shown in the LCD Display Box.

Measuring linear footage of interior walls:

Simply touch both ends of each partition run

to total up the linear footage for each Tile / finish type.

Measuring the square footage of radial or odd-shaped areas:

Simply trace with the pen around the perimeter of the area

and the square footage is measured instantly!

Measuring Linear Footage:

Points 1 -3 (Red): Measuring linear footage of walls.

Points 4 and 5 (Blue): Measuring radial linear footage.
