SOFTScale™ works with a wide variety of digital plans (PDF, TIFF) on-screen in addition to standard digitizer-based paper blueprint takeoffs. You can seamlessly switch between paper plans and PDF files on the same take-off. SOFTScale  includes advanced take-off routines such as Masonry and Concrete walls, Slabs, Hipped Roofs, Flooring (Carpets and Tiles), Footings, framing and lumber cut lists, etc.

SOFTScale features an advanced Custom Measurement function that allows complex formula-based takeoffs that give you customized calculated quantities and costs using your own specified values. 

As with all Roctek products, SOFTScale is a layered application that shows you colorized, 3D views of all your take-off measurements -- roofs, partition / masonry walls, columns, framing lay-outs, etc.
