No Computer Needed! The GTCO Quik-Ruler Digitizer: "Roll-Up", portable version: Note LCD Display Box at top of picture, and corded Pen Stylus on right. The digitizer will measure through about 50 sheets of drawings. The Quik-Ruler is also available with a Hard Board digitizer. (GTCO "Super L-VI")
Measuring the square footage "Footprint" of a building: Simply touch the Pen on each corner, encircling the perimeter of the building (Points 1 - 10) and return to where you started. No matter what the shape of the building's footprint, the square footage is measured instantly! Take-off quantity is shown in the LCD Display Box.

Measuring the square footage of radial or odd-shaped areas: Simply trace with the pen around the perimeter of the area and the square footage is measured instantly! Take-off quantity is shown in the LCD Display Box.

Measuring Linear Footage: Points 1 -3 (Red): Measuring linear footage of foundation walls. Points 4 and 5 (Blue): Measuring radial linear footage. Red Squares: Counting the number of column footings. Take-off quantity is shown in the LCD Display Box.

Interior Take-offs: Measuring linear footage of interior partition walls: Simply touch both ends of each partition run to total up the linear footage for each wall / finish type.
