For estimators doing basic take-offs who need to take-off standard blueprints and also do digital, "paper-less" take-offs from PDF's and downloaded drawings, we recommend the following. Roctek's "Pressto" software draws, prints and stores a picture of each item measured, from standard blueprints using a digitizer. "E-SOFTake-off" is designed for doing "On-Screen" measurements from PDF's and downloaded e-mail drawings. Package # 7 will also work directly with your current Excel, Lotus, or Quattro spreadsheets.
